报告摘要: 

  Multiplicity one theorems are fundamental ingredients in several topics (such as the Gan-Gross-Prasad conjecture and the Langlands-Shahidi method) in the theory of automorphic representations. In several Rankin-Selberg integrals, the uniqueness of Whittaker models plays an important role. But this uniqueness property only holds for quasi-split groups. For non-quasi-split groups, it is natural to consider the following question: is it possible to construct some (degenerate) representations with unique models？We will discuss some recent results on this question.

  A short self-introduction is also included. 

报告人简介：

  蔡园青，2017年8月于波士顿学院获得博士学位。毕业后于魏茨曼科学研究所从事博士后研究。现为京都大学博士后。研究方向：自守表示论，Langlands 纲领。
