摘  要：In this talk, I will discuss the modulus of continuity estimates for quasilinear and fully nonlinear parabolic equations: the moduli of continuity of solutions to parabolic equations are subsolutions of suitable equations of one space variable.

摘  要：I will discuss two main applications:  sharp time-interior gradient estimates and lower bounds of the first nonzero eigenvalue of the Laplacian on manifolds. 

报告人简介：李小龙，McMaster University博士后。2011年本科毕业于清华大学，2017年博士毕业于美国加州大学圣地亚哥分校，2017年-2020年在美国加州大学欧文分校从事博士后的研究。目前从事几何分析的研究，主要包括几何流、非线性偏微分方程和椭圆算子特征值估计。近五年在《J. Math. Pures Appl.》、《Calc. Var. PDEs》、《Int. Math. Res. Not.》、《Math. Z.》、《Comm. Anal. Geom.》和《Math. Res. Let.》等国际重要期刊发表论文10余篇。
