摘要： Rational normal scrolls are prominent algebraic varieties, both in classical results and more recent developments. In this talk, we plan to show that the fiber cones of general rational normal scrolls are Cohen–Macaulay and compute their Castelnuovo–Mumford regularities. We also describe how to find the defining ideals of the fiber cone and the Rees algebra of the secant varieties of balanced rational normal scrolls, using the SAGBI technique. 摘要：The main object of this talk is the secant varieties of balanced rational normal scrolls. Their defining ideals can be described by the maximal minors of the extended Hankel matrix. We plan to talk about how to compute the Castelnuovo–Mumford regularities of their fiber cones, using a collection of combinatorial and algebraic tools. 报告人简介： 申伊塃, 中国科学技术大学副教授, 2009年毕业于美国普渡大学, 从事与交换代数与代数组合相关的研究, 主持过国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1项, 并参与面上项目2项, 在Michigan Mathematical Journal, Nagoya Mathematical Journal, Journal of Algebra, Journal of Algebraic Combinatorics, Collectanea Mathematica等期刊发表多篇文章.
