报告摘要：The Fourier Transform has been frequently employed in many fields such as information science, engineering and statistics. One of the interesting applications of the Fourier analysis is in graph theory, which generates a Cayley graph by a Cayley group.  In this talk, we introduce the Cayley graph and its relationship with the Fourier matrices. We extend the Fourier matrix to Fourier tensor, and use the Fourier tensors to investigate and characterize the properties of the generalized Cayley graphs.  

报告人简介：徐常青，男，博士，苏州科技大学教授，1997年博士毕业于中国科技大学数学系，2002-2004年作为博士后访问以色列理工大学（Technion-IIT), 苏州市高校科研院所紧缺高层次人才、中国教育数学专委会常务理事、江苏省运筹学会理事、上海大学《张量与矩阵计算国际研究中心》学术委员会成员, 美国数学评论《Mathematics Review》评论员；曾任浙江农林大学数学系主任兼应用数学学科负责人。在SIAM, Linear Algebra Applications、Linear Multilinear Algebra, Frontier of Mathematics in China 等SCI 期刊上发表论文近100篇，主编教材3部。曾访问美国Univ of Pacific、San Jose State Univ和斯坦福大学，2013-2018年多次应邀访问香港理工大学。主要研究工作为张量分析, 矩阵分析及其在统计和数据挖掘等方面的应用，在运用张量进行图像压缩方面获发明专利授权和实用新型性专利授权共3项。
