报告摘要：We will review how to pass from representations of a real semisimple Lie group G to Harish-Chandra modules. Then we will describe a geometric realization of Harish-Chandra modules as global sections of D-Modules on the flag variety of G. We will illustrate everything in detail for the simplest case G=SL(2,R).

报告人简介：Pavle Pandžić is full Professor of University of Zagreb since 2010. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in 1995 from University of Utah. His advisor was D.Miličić. From 1995 to 1998 he was a C.L.E. Moore Instructor at MIT. His main results concern applications of Dirac operators to (g,K)-modules. He received the Annual Croatian State Award for Science in 2012. He was the Editor in Chief of the scientific journal Glasnik matematički.
