摘要:In this talk, we investigate a rearrangement minimization problem, which is

associated with a nonlinear parametric boundary value problem involving a p-Laplacian type operator.  When the parameter is positive and less than the principal eigenvalue of the p-Laplacian type operator, we obtain that the unique solution of the nonlinear parametric boundary value problem is the global minimum point of the energy functional corresponding to the nonlinear parametric boundary value problem. We then establish the solvability of the rearrangement minimization problem. Finally, if the domain is a ball centered at the origin, we show that the solution of the rearrangement minimization problem equals to the Schwarz symmetric decreasing rearrangement of the given data function.
